"The lobby area is nice, and we liked that in the evening we could sit and play board games at the tables in the nice ambiance. We've stayed here over the years, and the service has declined in the past 2 years. The front desk staff borders on rude, and at times acts as if the guests are interrupting them. They typically sit on the couch in the lobby and watch TV and answer the phone or answer questions only when they are asked to do so. The public parts of the hotel are not as clean as they should be. The rooms are fine, but the service makes me hesitate to stay there again."
